Music Together Indoors - Health Policies and ProceduresWe are thrilled to finally be able to make music together in person with your family!
In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, we ask for your cooperation in following the procedures outlined below: Before you leave home: Please do a quick self-assessment and stay home if you or anyone living in your home is showing any one of these symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, other respiratory symptoms or any two of these symptoms: chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Also, please stay home if you or anyone you’ve been in close contact with has been exposed to COVID-19. What to bring: The only thing we’ll share is our love for making music together! The school will provide instruments for each family in class. All instruments will be “single-use” each day and will not be shared between classes. Families are welcome to bring their own instruments from home. When you arrive: Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before class. There are bathrooms available at our location! Masks are optional! Restroom use: Our building is equipped with 2 bathrooms! Families are welcome to use it anytime! By downloading and signing this waiver form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above policies and procedures in their entirety.
